In addition to the Objects in the SCCA Memorandum of Association, the SCCA will also not discriminate against any individual on the basis of any factor not relevant to the activities of the SCCA.
Clubs not affiliated to the unincorporated association or applying after 30 June 2007 should apply on this form
Members of clubs applying after 30 June 2007 should apply on this form
Individuals who were not Full Members of the unincorporated association or applying after 30 June 2007 should apply on this form
Only Representative Members of Member Organisations (clubs) may vote at general meetings. The maximum number of Representative Members for a Member Organisation is one plus the number of teams accepted by the in the Main League at the preceding Annual League Composition Meeting (for nominations before August 2007, the August 2006 Council meeting of the unincorporated association)
These Representative Members must be nominated using this form. Note that nominations expire at the conclusion of the following Annual League Composition Meeting
If a Representative Member is unable to attend a meeting, another member of the nominating Member Organisation may attend and vote in his place provided that a signed form of proxy is brought to the meeting. A proxy must be a member of the company at the time of the meeting.
